Gotcha Redemption Island and Folder Pen Pals!‏
Posted at 5:05 pm on 5 Feb 2012 by Daniel C.N.

Gotcha Redemption Island targets have been sent out. Redemption Island begins TONIGHT AT 11:59 PM. For all of those still in the regular game, please remember only ONE person will get reinserted back into your game, and only if they actually win Redemption Island, not an easy task. I have also been informed by Bridget Steele that I did not give her enough credit for the idea behind Redemption Island, so I would like for formally note that the entire idea was Bridget Steele's (with name contribution from Tegan), please direct all praise and/or complaints to her.

I have also emailed folder pen pal names to everyone, start writing to your pen pals whenever you feel like it! Sorry for the delay on getting this organized, life got kind of crazy and hunting down the list of who wanted to sign up proved surprisingly difficult.

if you HAVE NOT received either your Redemption Island target or your folder pen pals name, but you signed up for one of them, please email ASAP so I can fix that.

The rules

1. To catch your target, you must put a hand on his or her shoulder and say “gotcha” in a normal speaking voice. If anyone (even strangers--feel free to ask them) hears, it doesn't count, so be careful!
2. When you gotcha your target, he or she must tell you the name of his/her own target. This person becomes your new target.
3. You are safe from being gotcha-d in C-105 and in your own room. Everywhere else is fair game (thus you may be gotten in the rest of your house/residence).
4. If you drop out of the game please email me and I will inform your pursuer of their new target, preventing them from wasting his/her time on catching you if you're not playing anymore.
5. The game ends when only one person is left.

For any clarifications or rulings, please email me
